1、 Product Overview
The KFB-D series low-noise centrifugal fan case can be widely used for ventilation and air exchange in industrial and civil buildings such as comprehensive office buildings, hotels, restaurants, dance halls, auditoriums, theaters, basements, factories, offices, schools, research institutions, etc. The flow rate and pressure coefficient of this fan are higher than other types of fans, while the specific A-level is lower than other fans. It operates smoothly, has good aerodynamic performance, and has a compact and reasonable structure, small size, and easy installation and maintenance.
Structural Features
1. The three body pins of the shell (made of galvanized steel plate) are stamped and formed by a special mold, and the frame, inlet and outlet flanges (made of galvanized steel plate), and panel (made of galvanized steel plate or colored steel plate) are processed by imported precision sheet metal machinery equipment. The inner surface of the panel is firmly adhered with polyurethane foam board, which has good sealing, insulation, and sound insulation effects.
2. The fan adopts a G-type drive external rotor forward multi wing fan.
3、 Usage conditions
1. Transport air and other non self igniting, non corrosive, and harmless gases to the human body.
2. Viscous substances are not allowed in the transported gas, and the content of dust and hard particles should not exceed 100mg/m3.
3. Transport gas temperature -20 ℃~80 ℃.
4. The fan should never be used in unobstructed (i.e. open) situations, otherwise it may overload and burn out the motor (7.5kW motor uses step-down starting).
4、 Installation and maintenance
1. Depending on the installation location, the unit can be landed or lifted, and the air inlet and outlet need to be connected with hoses.
2. The unit equipment can only operate under completely normal conditions.
3. The maintenance and upkeep of the unit equipment must be carried out only after the machine is shut down.
4. Regularly remove dust, dirt, and other impurities from the unit and pipelines, and prevent rusting.
5. When starting the unit after maintenance, it is necessary to pay attention to whether all parts are normal. If there is any abnormal situation, immediately stop the machine for inspection and troubleshoot before use.
